Esther Rantzen for I'm a Celebrity?

TV presenter Esther Rantzen is reportedly set to feature among the line-up for I'm a Celebrity in November.

The Sun reports that Esther, 68, will fill the older woman's spot which has previously featured Jan Leeming and Christine Hamilton.

She recently spoke about wanting to get the most out of her life. "At 20 we thought we would live forever. Now, as some of those closest to us are taken from us, we become very aware of our own mortality. Time is precious, and not to be wasted..."

Esther most recently featured on BBC One's Who Do You Thing You Are? during which she discovered she was related to a 19th-Century jewel mogul.

Other reports suggest she will be joining former world champion boxer Chris Eubamk in the outback jungle. But there has been no confirmation from I'm a Celebrity producers that either will definitely feature on the hit ITV1 show.
